Role Description: Construction Documentation Focused Architect
This is a full-time role for a Architect at Spacecraft Design located in Adelaide, SA. The Architect will primarily be responsible for architectural design, quality delivery of construction documentation and construction administration project requirements. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in high level concept and brand creation, interior, furniture and graphic design.

In addition to a competitive negotiable base salary, the successful candidate will enjoy a flexible 40 hour work week, play an important part in a small studio, and gain experience in a range of commercial and residential projects. The role is primarily work from home, with regular site visits. If you're experienced, talented and ready to change gears from corporate architecture, this could be for you.

Key Responsibilities

• For Construction Design and Documentation
  
• Coordination with consultants and stakeholders
  
• DA and Building Permit preparation and submissions
  

What we need

• 5+ years of studio experience in architecture in Australia.
  
• Registration with the Australian Architects Registration Board (not essential but preferred)
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field (must have)
  
• Thorough understanding of NCC and Australian Standards (must have)
  
• Understanding of Planning and Design Code (SA) and ResCode (Vic)
  
• Ability to find alternative solutions to problems in creative and unique ways
  
• Project Management experience
  
• Enjoys building strong working relationships with clients and supporting them through the full project life-cycle
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely
  
• Experience in hospitality or commercial projects
  
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
  
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign) proficiency (preferred)
