The Role

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our executive team members and the wider firm. The role is split between general office duties while also taking on some PA tasks. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you ensuring that the office is running smoothly, as well as acting as the first point of contact for external queries, ensuring communal areas are tidy and assisting with administration across all teams. 

Your role will also include:

  • Office support including maintaining supplies and adhering to building management requests
  • Assisting with a range of administration-based tasks
  • Working closely together with our managers and directors
  • Be the first point of contact for external queries via phone, redirect callers to appropriate team members
  • Respond to general telephone and email queries within a suitable time frame 
  • Assist the executive leadership team with all ad hoc administrative duties as required
  • General housekeeping and keeping a tidy office
  • Organise business functions including catering, lunch bookings and events
 

Who You Are

You will be able to draw upon your exceptional communication skills as you interact with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally. You will also have a keen eye for detail. You will pride yourself on being highly organised as you manage a diverse range of tasks and take a proactive approach to your work. 
Skills and Qualifications:


  • 6-12 months’ administration experience 
  • Experience in a creative studio or property sector advantageous 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive and proactive approach to problem solving and general tasks
  • High degree of organisation and proven time management skills
