City Recital Hall

The City Recital Hall is a major concert hall located at Angel Place in Sydney’s Central Business District. It is a highly regarded venue with excellent acoustics, considered to be the best of its type in Australia, and the first purpose-built concert hall in Sydney since the Sydney Opera House. Archer Office is working with City of Sydney Council and the City Recital Hall on the first major capital works upgrades to the city recital hall since its opening.
Works include upgrades to finishes and lighting throughout the Auditorium, Front-of-House, and Back-of-House spaces of the five-storey venue, replacement of Auditorium seating, recustruction of all bars, upgrades to bathrooms and dressing rooms, and replacement of all signage, wayfinding and displays, and new fixed and movable furniture throughout.
